We also automatically collect technical browsing data such as pages visited, referring site, approximate country and city, device type, and browser. This is done by Umami, an analytics tool hosted on a server owned by Kodesto, which sets no cookies and converts your IP address into an irreversible hash without storing it.
Server logs record IP address and access time for a short period, solely for security and fault diagnosis.
2. How we use your data
We use collected data to: respond to your contact request, assess your project feasibility, send commercial proposals, and maintain a communication history.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we share it with partners without your consent, except as required by law.
3. Legal basis (LGPD / GDPR)
Data processing is carried out based on the consent given when submitting the form and on Kodesto's legitimate interest in responding to commercial inquiries, measuring site performance, and ensuring its security.

4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or while a contractual relationship exists. After that period, data is securely deleted.
5. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or improper disclosure. Our site uses HTTPS and form data is transmitted in encrypted form.
